Ar. Rakesh Kakkoth is the Principal Architect and Director of Studio ACIS. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, Kerala, in 2006. Following his graduation, he gained extensive professional experience by working with leading architectural firms and senior architects across Kerala until 2011. Driven by a passion for creating thoughtful and innovative architectural solutions, he established Studio ACIS as an independent architectural practice. Under his leadership, the firm has steadily grown into a multidisciplinary design studio, successfully delivering residential, commercial, institutional, and interior design projects across most districts of Kerala and outside of Kerala. With over two decades of experience in architecture and design, Ar. Rakesh is committed to creating functional, sustainable, and aesthetically refined spaces that respond to the unique needs of each client. His design philosophy combines creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail, ensuring every project reflects excellence in both form and function.

Ar. Suraj S is the Senior Architect at Studio Acis, holding a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
